Casa Batlló - House of Bones |
1. Casa Batlló (Casa del ossos - House of bones), Eixample district of Barcelona, Spain
2. A house restored by Antoni Gaudi and Joseph Maria Jujol.
3. Built in 1877, remodelled in the years 1904 - 1906.
4. Very exciting looking Casa Batlló is an example of modernism, art nouveau and organic architecture.
5. It is a remarkable place where most of the tourists visit in Barcelona.
6. Casa Batlló is something I have never seen before.
7. This building designed by Gaudi made me surprised and wonder, how someone could be so imaginative, modern and groundbraking in the early 1900s. Gaudi renewed architecture in a remarkable way. I was very impressed by the house as a whole and by it´s many beautiful details.
